Celebrating the Bert Mason Award

A year ago, Lion President Denise Harrison of Chepstow and Caldicot Lions was honoured with the prestigious Bert Mason Award for 2024, recognising her outstanding service to youth over the previous three years. It’s been a privilege and a joy to hold the trophy over the past year, proudly representing all that it stands for. But now, the time has come to pass it on, as a new and equally deserving Lion will be named the next recipient later this year. We look forward to celebrating the next winner and continuing to champion the incredible work Lions do for young people in our communities. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved or giving back, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’ve got a little time or a lot, there’s always a way you can help, and you’d be made most welcome. Get in touch with us to find out how you could make a difference.
