An incredible response from Chepstow

Saturday, 23rd November 2024, the Chepstow and Caldicot Lions were at the Tesco Superstore in Chepstow, collecting new toys for local children who might otherwise not recieve a present this festive season. These toys will be distributed with the help of local foodbanks. Stay tuned for more updates!

We were absolutely blown away by the generosity of Tesco Chepstow's shoppers. Thanks to you, we filled four or five large trolleys with toys, all of which we managed to squeeze into the back of a family estate car. On top of that, we received over £130 in cash donations from the kind-hearted shoppers at Tesco.

We also have a number of other collection points that will continue to take donations of toys, including The Factory Shop in Caldicot, and the The Huntsman, and Carpenters Arms in Shirenewton. If you have any NEW toys you wish to donate, you can still drop them off at these locations.

A huge thank you to the amazing staff and management at Tesco for hosting us today. Their support made this possible.
